A Bit About Me
Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients. My passion for fitness really blossomed when I came to America from Cape Verde. I have always been into all types of sports, and I love dancing ever since I can remember. After living in the US for a year or so and eating too much fast food I gained a lot of weight and my health and self esteem suffered a lot. I was determined to get myself going again, so I found a local gym and started training hard. Sadly I got hurt suffering a lot of back and knee pain but that didnt stop me. I looked for help to get better and started participating in fitness challenges with my team, and proved to myself that I could compete and win. I decided I wanted to help other people, get fit and just as important, to workout with the correct form to learn their body and help raise their self esteem. I went to school and became certified as a personal trainer through AAPT Boston and have never looked back. I opened my fitness studio (Savage Angel Fitness) and have begun my mission to inspire others to achieve their fitness goals and feel great about themselves.
